Eggs

Boil an egg and when it is cool, cut it in half and remove the yolk from one half and fill the hole with salt. Eat that half (shell and all), then place the other half under your pillow while saying:
"This egg I place beneath my head
To dream of the living
And not the dead,
To dream of the young man
That I am to wed,
Not in his apparel
Nor in his array,
But in the clothes
That he wears every day"
Don't speak again, and get into bed to sleep. Don't get a drink until the sun rises. You will dream of your future love, but if they offer you water it means they'll break your heart.
